The one and only Le Jog blog ..... ok, there are hundreds and the title of this one was very nearly "Yet Another Le Jog Blog" as I started to realise just how many there are. This one though is different. It may not be the first, it may not involve any records, but I can safely say it's the only one about Matt Foster and Alan Faubel's trip from Lands End to John O'Groats in 2007.

Hi A + E, just looked at the blog, starting from the bottom upwards - rather like your trip! Like the photo of the 3 of you at Lands End - which, of course, is only the beginning...keep pedalling!
