The one and only Le Jog blog ..... ok, there are hundreds and the title of this one was very nearly "Yet Another Le Jog Blog" as I started to realise just how many there are. This one though is different. It may not be the first, it may not involve any records, but I can safely say it's the only one about Matt Foster and Alan Faubel's trip from Lands End to John O'Groats in 2007.

Alan,
Great blog, and we've learned a lot already.
1. I've (only) just worked out the significance of "Le Jog".
2. I showed the children the route and Hannah now knows that the island off the west coast of England is Ireland not Wales!
