The one and only Le Jog blog ..... ok, there are hundreds and the title of this one was very nearly "Yet Another Le Jog Blog" as I started to realise just how many there are. This one though is different. It may not be the first, it may not involve any records, but I can safely say it's the only one about Matt Foster and Alan Faubel's trip from Lands End to John O'Groats in 2007.

Hi guys
Really enjoying hearing about your days and also glad to see that you have avoided the wild dogs of Okehampton! What we really need is some more detail though - how have the breakfasts been? Who served the best breakfast? How many hours a day are you spending in the saddle? We office-bound folks need the info!
I'll be seeing you bright and early on Thursday - I'm be popping into a few shops tomorrow to pick you up some stuff - I was thinking bananas, GT85 for the bikes and something for sore arses. Let me know if there's anything else you want me to bring!
